Projection 1
Size: 19 feet x 5 feet
Location: Reception, National Museum
Brief
To create animated films of 1-2 minutes each about the four most important artefacts (which were being displayed in the hologram.) The films were to be displayed in a projection behind the hologram display. The content for each animation was provided to me by the museum, and I was responsible
for storyboarding, creating a visual language, animation and post production (Color correction, rendering etc)
Visual Language
The visual language was an abstract and geometric style of illustration with bold and vibrant Color’s. The geometric shapes have been overlayed on a square grid to create multiple shapes that come together to form.
Storyboards - LED
These storyboards were created for a smaller format screen initially (8ft x 5ft). Later they were turned into a larger display. The animations changed a lot from the storyboards after multiple rounds of iteration.
